However, Management reserves the right to make reductions or discounts on the amount paid for future bookings made within a time range of their choice. We want to make clear that once you rent one of the log houses, villas or rooms, the payment for that booking is non-refundable for any reason.
17.10. Children under the age of 5 can stay for free with accompanying adults. Children above the age of 5 will be charged as adults.
18. Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours before the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
